MHS, a leading performance analysis firm, studied 1700 Canadian and U.S. Executives.  The results found the top 21% of them attributed their success to Emotional Intelligence.

What is Emotional Intelligence? If you can’t see, touch, or feel it, how do you measure it?  What are the MHS top 21%  doing that the other 79% of us aren’t?

Using actual scenarios and data metrics, Susan will explain how Emotional Intelligence empowers business leaders to build stronger relationships with clients and colleagues.

During this session, you will:

  • Take the first steps to become an Emotionally Intelligent Leader
  • Identify the basic elements of Emotional Intelligence
  • Learn how EI positively impacts the workplace
