Agenda:

Struggling with cybersecurity? You're not alone. A recent study found that 43% of cybercrime victims are nonprofits, with another study finding that 73% of nonprofits don't feel confident in their ability to protect themselves from cyberattacks.

And it’s not just cybercrime. Nonprofits are also getting pressure to up their cybersecurity game from partners, auditors, and insurers. Not to mention all the new data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and NY SHIELD.

In this session, titled “Spikes of Doom”, Joshua Peskay of RoundTable Technology will clarify these challenges and show how nonprofits can step up their cybersecurity game without breaking the bank.

Takeaways include:
- Regulatory and other pressures facing nonprofits
- Cybercrime threats to nonprofits
- The components of successful nonprofit cybersecurity program

Joshua Peskay has spent nearly three decades helping nonprofit organizations make better use of technology in service of their missions. He is driven to help improve cybersecurity in the nonprofit sector and frequently works with at-risk organizations to address digital security challenges. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and regularly presents and teaches on topics such as nonprofit technology strategy, cybersecurity, project and change management.
