AI is here, and here to stay in the workplace - do you know what tools in your organization are AI-powered, and in turn, what your ethical responsibilities are pertaining to their use?
Join Deb Feldman for a discussion about how as guardians of the organizations we represent, we can use AI responsibly, future-proof our jobs, and ensure we're using these tools with an understanding of their risks and benefits.
Deb Feldman is Co-Founder and SVP of Talent Acquisition and Consulting Services at Gray Scalable, a boutique consultancy providing embedded recruiting support, organizational planning, management coaching, fractional HR services, training, compensation planning and design, and executive search for high growth companies.
Deb was a panelist this April at the New York City SHRM Biennial Conference's session on AI and Employment: Legal Risks and Considerations. She brings 20+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience, gained from roles at startups and large organizations, including Google, Unilever, Nielsen, and Recyclebank. In her spare time, Deb is a professional classical singer, and lives with her husband and 3 sons in New Jersey.
