CARLA MASHINSKI has had an extensive career in the corporate world for over thirty-five years.

She earned an executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas, a certified management accountant, a project management professional (PMP), and is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified™.

She was recognized by Women Inc. in 2019 as one of the “Most Influential Corporate Board Directors” and in 2020 she was recognized as one of the “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas” by the National Diversity Council. She also was awarded a 2020 Breakthrough Award from the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
