About our Speakers

Andrew Rizkallah, Information Management & Technology, ESG Lead: Andrew is a technology and sustainability consultant with MorganFranklin. He previously spent six years in supply chain engineering and operations leadership roles with Walmart before stepping into a full time MBA program at The Ohio State University. Andrew worked as a graduate research and teaching fellow for Dr. Erin McKie, supporting content generation and research into sustainable operations, circular economy, plastics and apparel recycling, and ESG reporting. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from The Ohio State University, multiple patents in supply chain technology, as well as certifications including NetSuite SuiteFoundation and the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) from the Value Reporting Foundation. Andrew is an accomplished outdoorsman based in Denver, CO and his hobbies include climbing, whitewater rafting, hiking, skiing, and cycling.

Eric Potter, Project Lead, Business Process Redesign and Commercial Real Estate SME: Eric brings 16 + years of experience helping organizations develop and execute strategies to improve, innovate and grow. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Eric was a PMO director at a private equity real estate owner/operator with $7.0 BN of AUM, where he focused heavily on process design and transformation. He has extensive experience in all phases of the commercial real estate life cycle from acquisition through management and disposition of assets. He has experience leading cross-functional teams, and managing sustainable transformation, growth and performance improvement engagements in dynamic environments such as commercial real estate, defense, technology, private equity, and financial services. He earned his Bachelors degree from The Citadel and Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve at US Cyber Command at Ft. Meade.
