Brian Geddes:
Brian is a founding Partner of Vaco here in Indianapolis and has 18+ years of recruiting and consulting experience primarily focused in the accounting and finance arena. Brian currently manages Vaco’s senior-level consulting/project division of the business. Prior to the recruiting/consulting industry, Brian spent several years working in both public accounting and private equity. He focused on a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and non-profit/governmental.

Mike Smith:
Mike is Director of Recruiting with Vaco and has 5+ years recruiting (direct hire placement ) primarily in the accounting and finance arena. Before joining Vaco, Mike spent several years in the corporate world in various Finance and Accounting roles. He is a trusted Adviser to candidates in the market and Clients looking to attract talent to their organization. Mike has a good pulse on the market and is always willing to assist anyone in need.
