Tracy Shick ‐ Vice President, Advisory Services at International Financial Group (IFG)

Tracy Shick is the Vice President of Advisory Services for IFG. She began her career in corporate finance and accounting for a Fortune 500 company. 15 years ago, she pivoted to recruiting for Accounting and Finance. Tracy has held leadership roles in multiple recruiting firms in Chicago that specialize in placing executive level individuals. Tracy’s focus is on providing assistance to the office of the Controller and CFO while they undergo major projects including; finance transformation, audit design and optimization, implementing new accounting standards, process improvement, M&A integration, automation of accounting functions, and interim or staff augmentation needs. Tracy graduated from Illinois State University with dual degrees in Finance and Management and Quantitative Methods.
