Speakers: Alasdair Nisbet, CEO; Elizabeth Goldhill, Chief Operating Officer; and Jennifer Midura Heywood, Managing Director of Natrium Capital Ltd.

Presentation:
In this session, Alasdair Nisbet and Jennifer Midura Heywood will outline some of the key aspects that a Finance Director would need to consider ahead of the sale of a business.

They will touch on how to anticipate the problems and manage the expectations of others in the management team. This invaluable advice will be both “business school ready” and will be drawn upon Alasdair’s extensive experience of helping businesses to prepare for a sale from the point of view of a Senior Banker and Jennifer’s experience from the other side of the fence as a corporate executive, working for both major multinational companies and smaller businesses.
