Originally from Boston, Leo came to Japan for a year but has now been there for more than 30. He's spent most of that time managing the Japan or APAC businesses of several leading US-based IT firms. Having been fired by several of them, he established Japan B2B Sales 15 years ago with the mission of helping US firms sell more products and services in Japan. This involves a lot of face time with Japanese partners and government officials, understanding their objections, aligning expectations with US-based clients and eventually putting points on the scoreboard (i.e. revenue).
