I also want to let you know about our January Raleigh FENG meeting.

Topic: Implications of new tax legislation and Tax Update

Speaker: J. Timmons (Tim) Robinson, CPA, Director, Hughes Pittman & Gupton, North Carolina

Tim has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, with an additional two years in physician practice management. He was previously with Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as the Personal Financial Services practice leader for the Carolinas and Tennessee, before joining Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP as a director in August 2011.

Tim has worked with clients in many industries including medical, construction and real estate, wholesale and retail, legal, service industries, and others. Tim's areas of concentration include gift, estate, and income tax planning and compliance, business consulting and financial planning for owner-managed business clients, high-net-worth individuals, and company executives.

Agenda:
•12:30 pm - We welcome members and guests to log in at 12:30 pm to have a totally informal networking chat with no specific agenda. Just a time to meet as we used to prior to the start of our meeting.
•12:45 pm – The meeting officially starts. We will use about 15 minutes before the speaker to thank our host, make some announcements, welcome new people, and discuss how the Zoom meeting will be handled and how you can participate.
•1:00 pm – The speakers will talk for about 45 minutes to an hour saving some time for questions to be submitted via “Chat” or through the email addresses above.

Directions/Parking: Park yourself in a comfortable chair or at your desk. This is VIRTUAL. Dress is very casual.
About the Raleigh, NC Chapter:
The Raleigh chapter has over 1,000 members and meets monthly, under the current Covid conditions, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm. Meeting location is virtual. Guests and prospective FENG members are always welcome. First-timers are given the opportunity to introduce themselves to the other chapter members. Most meetings include a speaker and current topic of interest to our members.
