Agenda:
The FENG\'s IFRS/US GAAP Convergence Special Interest Group (SIG) invites you to attend its initial webinar addressing two of the top topics facing CFO\'s, Controllers and accountants today:

- Understanding the rapidly approaching changes to U.S. GAAP.
- How SEC will implement IFRS should the decision be taken to adopt it for U.S. issuers.

Two of the leaders of FENG\'s newest SIG, the IFRS/U.S. GAAP Convergence SIG, will outline theses issues, highlighting the various approaches and timetables under consideration.
- Fred Peters, Chair , will provide an update on the status and timing of key convergence projects and identify some key differences that will remain after the current projects are completed.
- Diana McCoy, who is tracking the SEC developments for the SIG, will review the alternative processes SEC is considering, including the role of FASB, should the U.S. decide to adopt IFRS for U.S. issuers.

If you cannot attend this webinar you may wish to join the IFRS/US Gap Convergence SIG in order to keep yourself up to date about future changes.
