Shane Reid is the CEO of Umlaut Solutions - North America, with over 25 years of experience in data management and knowledge work automation. Known for his expertise in solving complex data challenges, Shane is passionate about helping businesses optimize their data security, GRC, and workflow automation strategies. He recently relocated from Australia to Dallas to expand Umlaut’s presence in the U.S. market. Outside of work, Shane moonlights as an Uber driver for his kids' endless sporting events and occasionally attempts fixing his below average golf handicap.
