A review of trends impacting middle market companies and discussion of possible outlooks.  Key considerations for risk management and forward planning.  

 

Speaker's bio:
Steve Hayward is a Managing Director and Investment Specialist in the Dallas office of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Steve guides business owners, family offices and multi-generational families in managing the sophisticated investment challenges of institutional-sized wealth. He delivers tailored and differentiated strategies that help make the best use of their assets. He has over 28 years of financial services experience. 

Prior to joining the Private Bank, Steve worked in Institutional Equity Sales providing investment advice to Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds and Pension Funds in the Texas Region. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in Institutional Sales which included managing the Chicago Equity Sales office and providing investment advice throughout the Midwest Territory. Steve earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science from Texas Christian University. 

Steve lives in Flower Mound with his wife Tanya and their three dogs. In his free time, Steve enjoys watching his son play baseball for Incarnate Word University and his daughter compete in pole vaulting for the University of Arkansas.
