Pam Winholtz is a certified life and career coach. She founded Dare 2 Dream Bigger and uses her nearly two decades of headhunting experience to help executives and leaders reverse engineer their job search to find new careers and roles that are both challenging and satisfying.

Pam has worked with small and medium privately-held companies to large, multinational, publicly-held companies, so understands the hiring processes and nuances of how to get hired- even when there are no openings posted.

Many clients have found the traditional ways of applying for openings are not effective in today’s market. For those who have been downsized or unexpectedly released from their positions, Pam uses life coaching techniques to help clients regain confidence. She uses specialized training to help clients uncover insights and areas of interest so they can do work that is fulfilling - even in disciplines that previously, may not have been considered.

Pam teaches a strategy of how to identify companies that can use the skills and experiences one already has. Working together, we customize a plan that includes: writing a resume that gets attention and interviews, networking skills, mock interviews and compensation negotiation techniques. Growing companies are always looking for great employees, Pam helps her clients figure out who those companies are, and how to approach them so they get job offers.
