Speaker's bio:

Carlos is passionate about the intersection of agriculture, technology, and people. He has been in the Ag Industry for over 25yrs and built an accomplished career in seed production, technology development and SaaS businesses. He has an agronomy degree from ESALQ in Piracicaba, Brazil and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He joined Arva as the Managing Director for LATAM April of 2024 and resides with his family in St. Louis, MO.
