Parking Instructions

The entrance to the parking garage is located on Brickell Avenue, beneath the building. Upon reaching the garage entrance, please take a ticket and follow the instructions in the parking garage to find an available space. Do not park in any space that says reserved. The lobby entrance is located on the second floor (select "L" in the elevator). After you park, please make your way to the lobby. Building staff is available and will guide you if you get lost. You will walk through a set of automatic doors, past Pura Vida restaurant and continue down the steps where you will find the 701 building front desk/reception area. Please check in with the lobby reception as they will walk you to the elevators that will lead you to the 22nd floor. Our suite is 2240 and a member of our team will be waiting for you upon arrival.
