Kurt Phelps started his successful career in 2000 with the co-founding of Global Network Recruiting Corporation. Today GNR is one of the leading technology recruiting firms in the United States and one of the most prominent in the world. Kurt and his team have placed thousands of Executives in key roles for Fortune 500 Companies. GNR is proud to continue to be a leader in this growing and competitive space. 

After his success at GNR, Kurt Phelps created Phello in 2015 and launched the platform in 2017.  Phello is the world’s first Executive Career Strategy Platform to incorporate CRM, communication, networking, and social platforms as a tool to create new career paths for Executives. This creation directly resulted from the success and relationships Kurt created through his recruiting accomplishments.
