Update of the changes that have occurred in both countries and expectations for the future.

 

Speaker’s bio: 

Germán received his Law Degree from ITAM and his Master's Degree in Financial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Konstanz, Germany.

He has headed the legal affairs area at the multinational Bocar Group (Holdings and Family Office) and Avantel, S.A., and has been a partner in law firms.

He was General Director of Institutional Relations of the Taxpayer Defense Attorney; Deputy General Director of the Banking Securities and Savings Unit of the SHCP and Director of Agreements and Contracts in the Legal Department of the Federal Executive.

He has been a member of the Subcommittee on the Avoidance and Resolution of Disputes, reporting to the Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters, of the United Nations, and of the International Network on Financial Education of the OECD.

He is currently Vice President of the Tax Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mexico.
