Using AI to Accelerate Your Executive Job Search — A Live Workshop for Finance Executives
Presented by Lew Bader
Join The FENG Long Island Chapter on June 30 for a live workshop led by Lew Bader, Chair of the Long Island Chapter and Chair of the Peer Resume Review Committee. AI has reshaped executive hiring — it now screens resumes, ranks candidates, and decides who LinkedIn surfaces — and finance leaders are expected to be fluent in it. This session is built for executives who want to stop being screened by AI and start using it as a strategic advantage.
We'll walk the end-to-end AI-powered job search: beating the resume screener, optimizing LinkedIn for recruiter search, accelerating networking and outreach, and rehearsing interviews on camera. Expect 2026 CFO market data, weak-vs-strong prompt examples you can use immediately, and a look at agentic AI use cases reshaping the finance leader's seat.
Most importantly, we'll focus on where you still win. AI lowers the barrier so everyone has a decent resume — which means authenticity, executive presence, and judgment matter more, not less. Come for practical tactics and live prompt demos you can put to work this week.
About Lew Bader:
Lew Bader is Chair of both, the Long Island Chapter of The FENG and of The FENG Peer Resume Review Committee. After a 40-year career with Fortune 500 companies, Lew found himself facing the job market for the first time at the age of 62. Over the next two years, he meticulously developed a job hunting toolkit that eventually led him to his current role as the Chief Financial Officer at Counseling In Schools, a New York City-based non-profit organization.
Lew also takes pride in his long-standing relationship with Matt Bud, noting humorously that he was likely the last of Matt’s friends to join The FENG in 2014, a connection that dates back to 1980.
