Along the way, she raised three children, worked as a freelance consultant, wrote an award-winning blog, and coached others to successfully navigate everyday obstacles and achieve success on their path towards living their best lives.
She holds a BA in sociology and anthropology from Earlham College, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. She is also a certified life coach, holistic health coach, weight loss coach, and personal trainer.
