How CFOs Build Instant Credibility in a Job Search: The 5 Signals CEOs and Boards actually hire for.
Every CFO thinks their resume is the star. It’s not. Hiring decisions at this level are made based on trust, perceived readiness, and signals.
According to a 2024 survey by Spencer Stuart, 73% of CEO and Board hiring decisions hinge on executive presence and perceived fit, not technical capability. Most CFOs underestimate this entirely.
Designed to meet you where you are right now - high stakes, high uncertainty, and high pressure to differentiate yourself in a saturated market. This session will show you how to communicate credibility signals in your resume, interviews and LinkedIn footprint.
