Dr. Mechie Nkengla, an expert in the data and AI landscape, is the Founder and Chief AI and Data Strategist at Data Products LLC, a data & AI consultancy. A Ph.D. Mathematician, she has extensive experience partnering with industry, academia, and government as a strategic advisor to Executive Leadership teams, building strategic roadmaps and tactical plans to ensure optimal use of technology investments. Formerly a director at EY Analytics Center of Excellence, she is a highly experienced data executive and the holder of multiple patents. Dr. Nkengla is widely respected as a thought leader in the realms of data strategy, AI, machine learning, data literacy, and governance. She enjoys hiking, dancing, and eating seafood, not necessarily in that order.
Jason Juliano is a seasoned technology and risk management executive with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and serving as a strategic partner across various industries, including investment banking, financial services, insurance, and health care. With a passion for innovation, Jason has held executive leadership roles with Fortune 100 firms, implementing and leading business solutions in information management, cloud computing, and cognitive technologies.
Recently, he assumed the role of Chief Growth Officer for Data Products, a Data and AI Advisory firm, where he continues to drive forward-thinking strategies to propel businesses into the digital age. Before Data Products, Jason was the Director and National Practice Leader at EisnerAmper Digital Transformation, he executed cutting-edge solutions for clients spanning in digital, cloud, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, data management, and analytics. Jason was also Co-Founder and CEO at Aponia Data Solutions, where he led award-winning digital initiatives for mid-market businesses, leveraging emerging technologies to drive impactful client engagements from strategy through execution. Additionally, Jason has been recognized as a Global IBM Champion since 2018 in IBM Data, AI, and Automation. He currently serves as Chairperson in the CompTIA AI Board of Advisors.

1. What is The Women's SIG about?
The mission of The Women’s SIG is to have an environment conducive to developing relationships and making friends who will help each other throughout their careers and job searches. This is NOT a women-only club. All FENG members are welcome to join the SIG and attend our meetings.

Programming is overseen by a Steering Committee consisting of up to 5 Co-Chairs. The current Co-Chairs are:

3. MEETINGS:
We meet by Zoom generally on the third Wednesday of each month from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. Occasionally, we schedule special programming or extend the duration of a meeting.
Twice a year we have a meeting devoted to networking using Zoom Breakout Rooms. Other meetings have a speaker addressing a variety of career, job search and other topics of professional development.
We take a hiatus in August.
4. MEETING REGISTRATION
You must register on The FENG website on the Women’s SIG Landing Page by noon, the day before the meeting @ https://www.thefeng.org/special-interest-groups/women-s/133
You will be sent the Zoom link late afternoon the day before the meeting. If you do not receive the Zoom link, please check your SPAM FOLDER. If you still can’t find it, you have until 8:00 AM the day of the meeting to write to:
