Topic: The Importance of Soft Skills for Financial Women and How to Develop Them

Speaker:  Beverly Davis, Founder/CEO of Davis Financial Services

Presentation:
A high-powered hour on the importance of soft skills for women in finance, how to develop them, and how to use them to your advantage. A key change that could improve the position of women in finance is the industry focusing more on "qualitative" skills rather than "quantitative" ones. Research has shown that there are many benefits of female leadership in finance.

Some of the most valuable skills women bring to the table and separates them from their male peers are the soft skills they are naturally born with.
- The Significance of Soft Skills
- Cognitive vs. Non-Cognitive Skills
- Communication and Bridging Gaps
- Balancing Soft Skills and Hard Skills
- Critical Thinking
- How to Improve Your Soft Skills?
