Bryan Valencia, CPA, Tax Partner
Bryan is the tax partner leading a variety of overall client engagements as well as the Specialty Tax Services (STS) practice (i.e. R&D credits, cost segregation studies, State & Local Tax (SALT) specialty areas such as reverse audits, M&A due diligence engagements, and more). He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, specializes in federal taxation, and regularly works with international and state tax issues. He has extensive experience in IRS examinations and works with clients in industries such as manufacturing, oilfield services, distribution companies, oil & gas, engineering services, software, healthcare, and real estate.

Yessica Perez, CPA, Tax Partner
Yessica is a tax partner with more than a decade of experience with Big Four public accounting firms and middle market firms. She serves private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the complex tax landscape. She also works with multistate corporations and assists with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) for SEC registrants and upper middle-market companies. Her practice is focused in real estate, alternative investments, technology, SaaS, freight and logistics, trucking and transportation, and manufacturing.
