Debbie Williams will share some insights into high-level executive job search gained over her 20+ year career. She will provide a lively discussion of some of her best moments.... and a few words on the common themes that are present in failed candidacies and placements. It will be an interactive give-and-take with the audience of Finance and Accounting professionals.
Speaker's bio:
Debbie is the Co-Founder of HastonWilliams, a boutique executive financial search and staffing firm located in Plano, Texas. Debbie has spent more than 30 years helping companies secure candidates for critical roles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She has an expertise in the mid to executive finance and accounting positions within the small to mid-sized companies.
Supporting the success of others has been a long-standing priority to Debbie. In 2009, she established the DFW CFO group to support local senior financial leaders. With over 1800 members the group hosts networking and educational events. She has also served as a speaker on several panels.
Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. She spends her free time with Art, her husband, their four dogs and family.
