Santosh Ravindran is a strategic technology executive with more than three decades of experience leading digital transformation, M&A integrations, and enterprise modernization across manufacturing, distribution, construction, transportation, and financial services industries.

As Chief Information Officer at Mac Papers & Packaging, Santosh drives technology innovation and operational excellence through initiatives such as ERP and WMS modernization, AI-enabled virtual sales assistants, Automation solutions, and comprehensive cybersecurity programs. His leadership has strengthened business resilience, optimized operations, and positioned technology as a key enabler of growth.

Previously, Santosh served as the CIO at The Wenger Group and held technology leadership roles at Williams Scotsman, Modular Space Corporation, General Electric, and Merrill Lynch, where he led complex integrations, implemented large-scale IT transformations, and delivered multi-million dollar efficiencies.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College, University of Madras, and executive certifications in Cybersecurity (Harvard University), AI Applications for Growth (Northwestern | Kellogg), and Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations Management (Penn State University).
