For state tax matters, they will be discussing passthrough and corporate income tax hot topics which will impact the 2021 tax season. These topics include the Pass-Through Entity Tax Credit multiple states have enacted, update on state nexus and how remote working could impact your filing requirements and to caveat off of the federal updates, an overview of how the CARES Act still impacts state income tax filings.
