As President of Premier Sales, Inc., a 30-year-old business brokerage firm in Arizona, Diane manages business sales transactions and engagements with privately held companies with revenue from $2 to $45 million. Together with her value creation affiliate companies, Legacy Advisors Arizona and Legacy C-Suite, a client centric approach is developed. This includes: Value Enhancement; Business Continuity & Succession Planning; and, Business Exit Strategies to achieve stakeholder objectives.
Diane is a frequently sought presenter and instructor on the principles of business transactions, value enhancement, finance and deal structuring.
Prior to joining Premier, Diane was the founder and CEO of Concord Capital Assets, Inc., an asset management company. Her experience includes: real estate investment & management, business turn around management, acquisition analysis, market analysis and due diligence.
In addition to her small business experience, Diane’s corporate experience includes: foreign currency trading at the Bergen Bank of Norway; sales administration at the IBM Corporation; and, real estate private placements at CWS Capital Partners. Diane earned B.S. degrees in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from California State University, Long Beach.
