We are in for a real treat this month. The technology used to assess “Survey Traits” and ‘fit’ for the job is astonishingly accurate and it only takes the average person 7 to 10 minutes to take the survey. I took it and when Bryan reviewed the results with me, not only did I find myself shaking my head ‘yes’, all the time, but I learned a lot about myself as well. It is much better than Myers-Briggs, and quicker. I highly recommend that you use the link below to take the survey prior to the meeting. With your permission, he will use a few as examples in his presentation, plus he will review the results privately at no cost.

Topic: MONEYBALL for Business - Using Data Analytics to Build a High-Performance Team
Research indicates that the traditional hiring process is only 14% effective in predicting an individual’s ability to be successful in a position, primarily due to factors such as: personal bias, like-ability, and embellishment in resumes. This problem is further exacerbated as many individuals in the financial field are often overlooked for key roles as they may not be perceived as a “fit” due to these traditional norms. Bryan will demonstrate how to utilize cutting-edge Data Analytics to 1) identify top talent, 2) predict job success at > 75% statistical accuracy and 3) build high-performance teams by getting the Right People in the Right Positions, ultimately to maximize and sustain bottom-line results.
To maximize the value of the session, Bryan utilizes a Case Study Approach and invites each participant to take an individual survey prior to this session. The individual’s confidential results will be provided prior to the event, allowing for much more insight and value from the information he will share with the audience. The survey can be accessed here: https://take.surveys.ci/s/B8A71C0000/43062
Speaker: Bryan Smith, Fractional CEO / Executive Advisor
As CEO of THE BOARD OF ADVISORS LLC, a business advisory firm, Bryan works with CEO’s, Business Owners and other visionary Executives to maximize their bottom line. He’s acquired 30+ years of successful Business Development, Engineering and Executive Business Leadership experience, in both domestic and international organizations. Bryan’s professional experience spans different industries, in both public and privately held corporations, including several C-Suite level roles serving as Vice President, President and CEO with multiple companies.
Bryan’s approach to business is that, regardless of the industry, technology, product or service an organization chooses to engage in, we are all ultimately in the “People Business”. People are an organization’s #1 Asset and, most often, #1 Cost. Thus, it is mission critical for all organizations to “fit” the right people into the right roles. Doing so promotes higher employee engagement, lower stress, increased productivity and better teamwork - ultimately resulting in increased bottom line and top line performance. To this end, Bryan serves as an Executive Advisor and independent licensee for Culture Index ™, an applied behavioral analytics program that drives top line and bottom-line growth, and scalable sustainability.
Bryan received his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also participated in Wharton’s Executive Education Program: High Potential Leaders – Accelerating Your Impact.
