Maura Kearney will discuss the special needs and relationships that not for profit organizations have with their banks. 

Maura is First Vice President for Commercial Banking at Amalgamated Bank. She is the Bank’s senior most banker for NonProfit clients, having been with Amalgamated for over seven years.  She works with clients on financial service and treasury management offerings, lending and investment. She also works with organizations around the country to develop strategic partnerships for the Bank and provide access to capital through lines of credit, term loans and mortgages.

Maura's extensive work in New York City government includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to the City Council and leading public engagement for the NYC Department of Education. She was NYS Political Director for the garment workers union and had organized and led many issue-based and candidate campaigns across the State and City.
