Agenda:

Topic:    The Anti-Fraud Playbook, The best defense is a good offense?

Organizations need effective planning and coordination to mitigate fraud risk.  Implementing fraud programs is an effective way to go on the offensive against fraud within your organization.  There are many ways to accomplish this goal.

The COSO Fraud Risk Management Guide is an excellent resource, but some organizations struggle figuring out where to start. Grant Thornton co-authored the Anti-Fraud Playbook with the ACFE to provide organizations a practical roadmap to begin, advance, or benchmark their fraud risk management (FRM) programs against industry best practices. This session will explore the Playbook and supplemental tools to help organizations accelerate their FRM programs.
