If Tom Brady needed a job, he'd get a coach...

Athletes, leaders, job seekers all use coaches to perform at their best. Are you worth investing in? A coach will help you set clear goals, help respond to challenges as they come up, help you develop new insights and options, and keep you on track. Leadership and job seeking can be a lonely journey. A coach is in your corner, pushing, supporting, helping find your best self. Improve self-awareness, resume and Linkedin presence, and move forward with confidence.

During this interactive presentation, Brian Frohn will explore...

The ROI behind investing in a coach

The process of transitional coaching

How a coach can help get a better job, faster, with less stress

How a coach can help you make better decisions, especially under pressure

Career transition is one of the most impactful life events that impacts virtually all aspects of life. A coach can help mitigate the negative impact of this.

About Brian Frohn:

Brian spent 10+ years in "C" level roles, most recently CEO of Ned Davis Research and CFO of the Asset Management division of Euromoney. Since then, Brian’s focus has been on helping CEOs and other business leaders overcome their biggest challenges and realize their vision. Brian takes his clients through a customized process that will uncover new insights and approaches to accelerate progress toward their goals. Brian’s clients are life-long learners, who are always looking for ways to transform their leadership and their team’s performance. In addition to traditional coaching, Brian provides his clients with advice and mentoring based on his extensive executive experience. Brian knows the challenges leaders face and helps leaders stay on track with their growth plans to help ensure success.

Prior to the presentation we will do introductions. Come prepared with your 90 second introduction which should include:

1. Who you are and what you do

2. Why you do it

3. What sets you apart from everyone else

4. How you get important things done

5. What is the benefit to the company you work for

Practice your pitch and try it out with your friends at FENG - compare contrast and revise it until you hear it in your sleep. This skill will serve you long after you land your next assignment.

Alumni members are encouraged to attend this meeting and participate in the discussion - it is a great way to give back to the group, and to maintain and build your network.
