Topic: The World of Work Evolution and the Impact on Business

Covid created a seismic shift toward new ways of thinking about the way we work. As we moved into post-pandemic work life, employees demanded change on an unprecedented level as they made their voice heard with their feet as millions voluntarily walked away from their jobs to find opportunities aligned with a plethora of new expectations. Current economic indicators point to the fact that managing human capital will be a primary issue that businesses will face.

What is certain is that the World of Work Evolution is upon us and it is time to accept the fact that we will never return to the way business used to function. This interactive session is designed to present cogent information about changes in the workplace and generate dialog about the financial aspect of the workplace of the future as we discuss the following topics.

  • The manner in which the relationship between employers and employees have evolved over time and how change is accelerating
  • Where businesses are today in the context of optimizing the relationship between employees, productivity, and profits
  • Prospects for sustained success in the immediate future: what lies ahead, the implications of the accelerated pace of change, and the need for greater agility among business leaders
