Speaker's bio:
Colette joined Vaco in 2013 and is a Sr. Director leading the Consulting Division. She specializes in assisting clients with talent solutions, managed services, and consulting services. She assesses the skills and competencies of experienced professionals for consulting opportunities to provide her clients with the most highly qualified individuals to help meet their individual goals and company objectives. She focuses on building teams in the areas of accounting and finance, human resources, procurement, and operations. 

Prior to joining Vaco, she worked for 7 years as a Process Engineer at Merck Pharmaceutical Company. She also worked as an attorney at a law firm and started her own law firm where she advised individuals and small companies about business matters.
