We will apply the process to negotiating compensation. Based on the book “Getting To Yes” By Roger Fisher and William Ury

This program is based on the negotiation model taught at the Harvard School of Law.

It covers a non- threatening approach to negotiation that leaves both parties satisfied with the results which are more lasting than traditional negotiations.


The four main sections of the program include:


- How to Separate the People from the Problem
- How to Focus on the Interests, Not the Positions
- How To Invent Options for Mutual Gains
- Incest on Using Objective Criteria

Joe Jones Bio:
Joe founded and runs weekly career meetings in his Transition Masters programs. Joe has written three books in the job search field and speaks for career groups across the United States. Joe has been a trainer for forty years and is past president of the American Society for Training and Development. He has been a Toastmaster for 14 years and is past president of the National Speakers Association Central Florida chapter
