Topic: The P&L Impact of Culture and Leadership

Speakers: Karina Bensko, Founder & CEO, and Katie Greenwood, Head of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, CultureKrew

Session Overview:

Most organizations are leaking performance through unmeasured people systems. Issues like turnover, slow ramp times, and weak leadership pipelines are financial risks rather than just HR concerns. This session connects culture and leadership directly to performance, productivity, and execution.

Key Takeaways:

- A clear view of hidden costs impacting your business.

- Methods to quantify turnover, disengagement, and hiring mistakes.

- A quick assessment of your leadership bench strength.

- A practical framework to align talent with performance.

Why it Matters:

Companies are already paying for gaps in culture and leadership; most simply do not measure them.

Speakers' Bios:

Karina Bensko is Founder & CEO of CultureKrew, providing fractional HR executive leadership to growth-stage companies. With 12+ years guiding organizations through hypergrowth, acquisitions, and transformation, she specializes in manager coaching, career development, and the kind of people strategy that shows ROI. Karina has reduced attrition by 70%, saved organizations millions through strategic redesign, and built scalable HR infrastructure for companies from startup to Fortune 500.

Katie Greenwood is Executive Partner and Head of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at CultureKrew, where she builds systems that connect people to performance across the full employee journey, from attraction through alumni.

Her work is grounded in a clear operating principle: culture drives retention, retention drives engagement, and engagement drives performance. She translates this philosophy into scalable infrastructure that aligns hiring, development, and leadership to business outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience, Katie has led global leadership and talent development initiatives at organizations including HubSpot,  TÜV SÜD, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Rimini Street, and has trained leaders worldwide through Dale Carnegie Training.

She is the creator of PRIME, a model that integrates human insight with ethical AI to transform workforce systems, improve retention, and deliver measurable performance outcomes. She also developed Operator10, a performance system that turns early talent into real contributors.

Katie advises senior leaders and boards, serves on the Board of Advisors for The People’s Academy, and contributes to the community through leadership with Boston Children’s Hospital.
